Mike and Chester 'the Transformer Dinosaur' (also, the infamous Phoenix) made an announcement for the Staples Center show on February 23rd, 2011. The couple + 'mouthwash' hints + whispering nicknames = WIN. Some screencaps
Doesn't that scream 'Kiss me, I'm contagious'? Watch the video and DOWNLOAD the HD version under the cut. Read more »
My apology for the slowness on the front page these days. I have been sick and both of the admins (Jules and I) have been very busy. Linkin Park has been back, powerful more than ever with their very first tour in South America. Concert goers, if any of you have been there enjoying them, any feedbacks?
A big thank-you to Rose Marie for sending us two videos of the ending at the Buenos Aires, 7th October 2010 show. There's a small moment between the two boys - we hope you will enjoy it as much as we do!

Finally! Here is the moment we are all awaiting: the infamous NYC kiss. Thanks MeMyselfandI for the tip and drewboi83 for the video. You can watch the video here
The sound is a little ear-bleeding, you may wanna put your volume down a little.
Some screencaps of the lovebirds
Out of three times Mike kissed Chester, two happened in New York City. What's the secret charm the city is embracing that creates magic upon these two all the time? Concrete jungle where dreams are made of, there's nothing you can't do, now you're in New York? NYC, you are special.
Don't forget to check out the beautiful videos recorded at the show posted on Linkin Park's MySpace
In the idle time waiting for The Catalyst video to get released, a clearer explanation on LPU X, or some new promo pictures from the band - basically everything revolving around the new album, why don't we awake some reminiscences and enjoy them ourselves?
An 2001 interview that many of you may have seen, but has not been posted on Bennoda.com yet: MTV News 2001 Kotzteufel Spinnenbiss.

No puzzles or hidden messages with this one. We’re excited to finally announce that our new album, A THOUSAND SUNS, will be released on September 14th.
The lead single for the album is called “The Catalyst.” It will be released on August 2nd.
Beginning tomorrow, July 9th, we’re teaming up with MySpace for “Linkin Park, Featuring You,” a contest which gives you the one-of-a-kind opportunity to be on our new album. We’ll be giving you some audio from “The Catalyst,” and you get to take it from there; you can remix the parts, write something over them, or mute stuff and write something totally new. We may choose a remix of the song, and put it on the album…or, we may choose an amazing keyboardist, string quartet, guitarist, percussion group, or other musician, and invite them into the studio to play on one of our songs. No matter what instrument you play, you can win. We’re open to anything good. All we ask is that you include any audible portion of any one of our stems in your submission.
Once you submit, the community (that’s you) will vote, and the most popular stuff will rise to the top. Then, my bandmates and I will comb through the submissions, choose one winner, and they will be included on our album, A THOUSAND SUNS. Check out http://www.myspace.com/linkinpark for contest details.
I think I’ve said enough for now. Thanks for your continued support. We’ve got more announcements coming, so keep checking LinkinPark.com for updates.

Pumped with excitement yet? 67 days to go before we can hold the new album in our hands and listen to their new music. Less than a month before the first single is out. I'm crossing my fingers and hoping that everything will go well. Do you think the new album will exceed everyone's expectation? What do you yourself expect in this album?
Also, linkinpark.com has a new design up for the new album. When you refresh the page, you will get different backgrounds that are portraits of the band members. Here are Mike's and Chester's
These photos along with the jagged Linkin Park logo seems to give out some interesting hints about the album's direction and it seems like Mike's infamous hair will be featured in the new album's artwork ;)
The LPU finally put a new LPU TV episode up! Watch "Slowly, But Firmly" HERE, LPUers. For those who are not in the LPU, we have some screencaps for you with our favorite guys:
Chester showed the audience how to open the door the right way: slowly, but firmly, and right in Mike's face! Even though Mike pretended to be a little sulky and hurt, they were both happy puppies in the end.
Chester was weight lifting next to a very hard-working Robbie banging on his drums - welcome to the guns show! I'm sure some ladies will be pretty happy seeing this. The Delson hair was at its prettiest, and you can spot him on the phone (again) behind Dave. Frat Party At the Pankake Festival DVD moment, anyone?
LPTV has a new episode: "Linkin Park 8 Bit Rebellion demo with Mike and Chester: Mike tests out Linkin Park 8-Bit Rebellion on his new iPad. The game is now available in the iTunes app store for the iPhone, iPad and iPod Touch".The name says it all. 8 Rebellion was out yesterday and Mike had an Ustream chat with the fans about it (wash your hair, Michael!). Blackbirds leaked! You can get hold of the song elsewhere on the net or just purchase the game and beat it till you got the prize, then come and discuss with us on our MB.
Some screencaps:
Seems like our boys were having fun in Mike's studio with the new iPad and the new game. The little 'wooo' when they were opening the surprise gift from Artificial Life and Chester's laugh at the end of the vid are precious! You can watch the video here:
Or download the HQ version HERE (.flv file, 19.3 mb)

At the 8 Bit Rebellion event in Hamburg, the fans were shown a video message from Mike and Chester. I'm pretty sure the video is different from the newest LPTV episode, but was filmed on the same day. You can read BlackChester's report of the event here (in German, so I do not understand a word, ha). Two pictures he captured from said video message:
I hope we can see this video someday or successfully raid Mark Fiore's hard drive

Not something new, but too awesome to ignore: the Ustream chat with Linkin Park (mostly Mike and Chester) on 13th April 2010. Watch the video here:
I thought it was Linkin Park's Plaid Shirt Day till Joe get in the cam. For one minute, I believed Chester was being Regina George and demanded everyone pull off the plaids that day. Guess only the queens did that (Brad is LOVE)
MIKE DID A HAIR FLIP. GHEY
Sweet to see some good ole faces like Frank Maddocks still around. Remember him from the old Meteora LPTV. Good times.
Mike and Chester singing Lionel Richie's "Hello". SO. CHEESY. I can die. Best duet ever, ya?
"Get a little Hahn in your life." Some fan asked if Mike and Joe had matching hair. Nope, guys, it's just the typical middle-aged AZN men hairstyle that was famously spotted on Jackie Chan earlier, and now on two members of Linkin Park. Good tradition. I miss Joe and his cracked out humor :D
Chester looked so bored until someone questioned his shirt and Mike. Mike explained that they did not wear the same shirt, because his patterns are way thicker. Chester eagerly pointed out for the fans that his shirt was grey with black and red while Mike's one is black with grey and red. A very fashion conscious guy that he is and a very subtle way he tried to tell everyone that he and Mike SO DID NOT have coupley matching shirts. I announce you "The King of Subtlety", Chester.
Nonsense chat and Mike's funny facial expressions was fun. Someone had to ask Chester to put his game down and pay attention to the fans, ha. They both confessed to dislike Hot Cheetos, Mike said Puffs are better. Beatbox? Mike? Whatever.
Came the exciting part: Chester read some Shakespeare, again, this time: "The Comedy of Errors. Act 2. Scene 1". Must be fate that he stumbled upon Adriana and Luciana - two women's part. I cannot hold my laughter when he read that line "Neither my husband nor the slave return'd". Oh, see how those words 'my husband' slipped off his tongue easily - been practiced, must be? Chester deserved some Oscar here, especially for the Gayest Thank You in the history. Chester's hand gestures, Mike's giggle and imitation of Chester, Chester's laugh - one word for you: ghey FABULOUS! "I just threw myself a rose." - yes you did, Chusface.
Woo boy, what an update. Enjoy your watching, I'm out.
New LPU exclusive video featured the 8 bit version of One Step Closer: Mike and Dave showed a very amused Chester the song and gave us a preview of the sounds of Linkin Park's upcoming video game, 8-Bit Rebellion.
It was amazing seeing these two guys laughing and interacting with each other. Their laugh is contagious. Chester was uber excited at the part where it's supposed to be his scream, and you have the chance to hear the legendary "Mike! Mike! Mike!" again, coming from the giggling mess that is Mister Bennington. My favorite part is the dancing 8 bit Delson, seriously. If you're an LPUer, log in the website and check this out (if not, find other sources, ha ;))
