We don't often post news on family issues but this is pretty adorable. Chester's wife let his two boys Isaiah and Jaime talk to the fans on
her twitter account and this is what they talked about uncle Mike.
Q: @ hi Jaime & Iman! who's your favorite Linkin Park member (other than your dad)? & which is your favorite LP song? ^_^
A: @ mike because he's awesome

@ isaiah says mike As well
(10:30 AM Aug 6th via Echofon in reply to janv1310)
Q: @ why Mike? Oo
A: @ they are all really cool we just hang out with mike more often
(10:55 AM Aug 6th via Echofon in reply to Orange_9i)
Those boys definitely share the same taste with their dad. It is reported that Chester and Talinda's niece who is living with them also chose Mike as her favorite Linkin Park member since he often hangs out and plays video game with the kids. Ain't that cute?
Thanks Kobe for the tip!

New post from Mike's blog concerning the new Linkin Park puzzle!
June 28, 2010
From the message, you can easily pick out the missing letters and have 'The Catalyst' but I'm pretty sure it's not that easy. Mike is being mischievous again! Tweet Chester and urge him to give us more hints now!Mike confirmed that the answer is 'The Catalyst'. Guess he just wanted to bug the shit out of Chester, ha!

Easy one…yes, “The Catalyst” is correct.

Some hilarious stuff I saw when visiting
LPlive.net
FUCK YO SIDE by Hahninator
Today, while editing the setlist notes for the 2007 shows on the European Tour, I discovered something I've never seen before. Most hardcore fans of LP live (as well as LPLive.net lol) know that Rock am Ring 2007 was the first time that the band extended the bridge of 'Bleed It Out'. It's pretty cool considering that was only the 10th performance of the song before they started altering it and changing it up live. I don't think they've changed other songs that quickly...?
But anyway, 6 shows later on that tour in Zürich, Switzerland, the band changed the setlist slightly. 'What I've Done' and 'Bleed It Out' were switched...'Bleed It Out' closed the main set for the first time and gave the band a lot of room to mess with it. And mess with it they did. I'm sure many of you are familiar with how many things 'Bleed It Out' has had over the years, from a drum solo intro to several sing-a-long bridges to a slow -> fast outro.
Today while researching the European Tour, I decided to look at that very first 'Bleed It Out' that they closed the main set with, from Zürich. After rewatching the video about 15 times, I decided to share with you guys. Mike and Chester start their idea of the "Say ohh ohh" bridge, but then immediately go into getting each side to curse at each other. Hilarious! The only other time I've seen anything like this is the bridge of 'A Place For My Head' at the Reading Festival show in 2003.

Check it out!
I can't wait to see them back on tour this October. "Fuck that side" "No, fuck yo side". Awesomesauce! :)

Ten years ago, I had just quit my job at a tiny graphic design house in North Hollywood. My band was writing our first album, and hoping record it maybe release it someday.
