As soon as they finished “What I’ve Done,” Linkin Park went right into one of the songs off their new album A Thousand Suns, called “Waiting For The End.” You could tell as the band was performing this song, they were looking to the crowd for some sort of approval, which they received plenty of from the die-hard LP fans in attendance.
Once the song ended, Kevin & Bean came back up on stage and started asking the band a few questions about the new album. Mike talked about what it was like working with producer Rick Ruben and how important it was to them to change their sound and song structure on this album. Chester and Mike started receiving some encouraging shouts from the crowd to kiss, but left those fans a little disappointed when they just laughed it off.

The moment started at around 06:50. Chester was talking about walking out of their comfort zone, getting away from writing standard-structured songs and letting the music do what it wants to do. Mike took on right after, and right when he was rambling about "That's a good point, Chester yadda yadda", a very surprising question hit him "Do you wanna kiss him?" and Mike got obviously flustered! He started laughing and could not finish his sentence when the crowd started cheering for them to kiss. Do we hear correctly when he was very nearly going to say "maybe"? He was stuttering (and almost giggling) "I... may... he really... put... that... together... in a way... like... when we finish... the record." Freudian slip, Michael! You really wanted to kiss him, didn't you?
When Mike could not finish what he's going to say, Chester said it was a horrible joke and he got some visual in his mind. After being demanded for some 'man on man' action, they only laughed it off and continued.
That was so close! I'm sensing something big gonna happen after ATS!
