Chiba City, Japan, Chiba Marine Stadium, Summer Sonic Festival, Asian Tour, 08.08.2009: Here you have another chance to hear Mike Shinoda speaking Japanese, and this time he was helping his boy Chester out. The Dead By Sunrise set cut in between the Linkin Park set, and before Chester and crew started their first song Crawl Back In, the charismatic Michael Kenji Shinoda decided to use his Japanese to help DBS charm the Japanese audience. Mike also introduced Dead By Sunrise at their next show in Osaka. Good job, Michael.

Translation (since two girls have two slightly different version of this, I will just post both :D)

Today, we have a great surprise for you. Chester's side project...DEAD BY SUNRISE!! Make a noise, guys!

Tamako also reported that Mike read those words from a crib sheet (haha, like always) and he also said "I'm glad to return to Japan" in Japanese. Sakura commented that Mike's Japanese seemed to be better.
