Post 1:
So, we're all sitting in the room, I'm about to puke from excitement and nervousness, when Chester walks in. Everyone cheers. He sits down, then gets up a little, pulls an orange out of his back pocket and says "Forgot to take the orange out of my crotch." Then Mike walks in sipping coffee and eating a donut and more cheers arise. Mike looks confused and holds up the donut. "You guys are cheering for this right?" So they begin signing all of our crap. One guy asks how many tracks were written for MTM and Chester says about 150. My friend next to me does the best thing ever. He asks Mike for a rap battle. Mike just looks at him for a minute, leans in, and says "You want to battle ME?" So everyone starts cheering for it to happen but Mike just says he's not very good at freestlye anymore and goes on to explain how he started rapping in college with his friends. I ask both of them if they like performing in Charlotte and they say yes, they like to perform everywhere but some crowds are better than others. One person asks if they had plans to do anymore work with Jay Z and Chester said the chances of it happening are very slim. Someone asked how the collaboration with Busta Rhymes came to be and Mike said they put their names into a hat, shook it up, and were lucky enough to be chosen. XD He also said "The collaboration was originally supposed to be with the Pussy Cat Dolls, but the rest of the band didn't want Chester singing about big boobs." Chester starts to sign my Club Tattoo etnies and has a big smile on his face the whole time. Security tells us all that we have to get out but Mike stands up and refuses, saying some more people should get to talk to them. You'll have to forgive me here, my memory is a blank at this point, but afterwords we all took that group photo and everyone started to leave. My friend and I stayed behind. Mike is his hero and Chester is mine, so we stayed to talk to them a little while longer. My friend got into a very deep conversation with Mike, he has yet to tell me about it, and I told Chester how he has inspired me to sing and get into music, and he said "Thank you, it was nice to meet you dude, see you at the show." We shook hands, and I left the room. THE END
Post 2:
Oh, forgot to mention this, right before we started taking the group photos I asked Chester what the orange was for. He said he was gonna eat it after the show, but I told him he should keep it for luck. Mike just left his donut on the table with a bite mark in it, I wanted to take it but I thought it would make me too weird.
Post 3:
GOOD NEWS. Got my friend to tell me everything he talked about with Mike. His excact words......
Mike: Hey cya buddy
Me: Hey man maybe one day we'll get to battle
Mike: *laughs*
Me: *laughs also*
Mike: How old are you?
Me: 15
Mike: So do you record?
Me: Nah im not that good
Mike: Well it was nice meeting you
Me: You too man *shakes hand*
Big black body guard : Ok bye kid
Me: cya chester
Chester: *staring into space* bye
Me: *thinking* bye orange
